Shipping and Exchanges
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm EST. Orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days. All pre-order items will be processed within 5 days and shipped 2 to 3 day business days after processing. All orders come standard with order confirmation and tracking information.
Exchanges and Returns
AMOUR FASHIONTIQUE DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. Merchandise can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value. Only regular priced items may be exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS, JEWELRY PURCHASES, AND VENDORS LISTS. NO REFUNDS FOR GIFT CARD PURCHASES.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since purchase,unfortunately an exchange cannot be completed.To be eligible for an exchange the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received with original tags. All products should be mailed to Amour Fashiontique.
Amour Fashiontique is not responsible for the shipping costs on exchanges unless deemed at fault. Amour Fashiontique is also not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise when sent back for return. Please send all returned merchandise with receipt or proof of purchase and tracking information to ensure receipt. Once the item is received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent to notify the item(s) have been received. To complete an exchange for the same item(s) send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the location depends on the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach may vary.
There are certain situations where refunds are granted: if an item(s) are not in its original condition, if defective, damaged, or missing parts for reasons due to our error, or no longer in stock. If a refund is granted the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
